What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Supervisor position at Oregon Trail Recovery LLC?
We are looking for a MSW, LCSW, or Master's in a Liberal Arts who can be licensed as a LPC (preference given to candidates who are already licensed). If you want to work with an established program in the addiction space, we may be the perfect employer for you. We are a family-owned treatment program in Milwaukie, OR. We have an 11-bed detox and a PHP/IOP with sober living that is designed to not only get the client into long-term recovery, but also become a productive member of society.
Our motto is, “love with an edge.” This means that we have great empathy for our clients, but we know boundaries are what are needed to shape the behavior they need to make it in long term recovery.
Oregon Trail Recovery is a PHP/IOP with supportive sober housing that has been in business for almost 12 years. We were the first program of our kind in the Portland area. We’ve been complimented by saying OTR is a for-profit with a non-profit mentality. What that means is, yes, we have a business to run, but the clients’ care comes first. Pacific Crest Trail Detox is an 11-bed detox that is ASAM 3.7 licensed. We are staffed with 24 hour a day nurses and our medical providers typically round all seven days each week. We exceed the State mandates, rather than just do our best to meet them. Our owners are native Oregonians who are in long-term recovery themselves. In fact, most of our staff are in recovery. If you are not in recovery, we welcome you. The person not in recovery often brings a perception to the table that nobody on the team has thought of.
