Clinical Resouces Nurse - Skilled Nursing
Extensive Overnight Travel Throughout Oregon
Clinical support role traveling to Regency Pacific Communities - Serving in nurse management (Interim DON, RCM, Infection Preventionist, Staffe Development, MDS)
As a Traveling Clinical Resource Nurse, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administrator, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.
As a Traveling Clinical Resource Nurse, you will:
- Travel to Regency Pacifc Management communities to fill-in and provide quality nursing support.
- Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
- Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medications, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.
- Ensure care as indicated on reident treatment and service plans.
- Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
- Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations.
You Currently:
- Possess a current RN license in good standing.
- Typlica candidates have a minimum of 1-year of providing supervision in Healthcare.
- Prior DON, MDS, SDC, or Infection Prevention experience in Skilled Nursing a plus.
