Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hand-roll premium hash hole joints with precision, ensuring even distribution of hash rosin and flower.
• Maintain consistency in size, shape, and quality of each joint.
• Properly handle and store cannabis materials to preserve freshness and potency.
• Weigh and measure hash and flower accurately to meet product specifications.
• Adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations regarding product handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure product integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
• Identify and report any quality control issues.

Qualifications

• Previous hash hole rolling experience preferred

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for detailed rolling work.
• Ability to work in an environment with exposure to cannabis odors.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid OLCC marijuana workers permit

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, as well as company policy

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. stand and sitting for long periods

Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
