We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Mateirals Handler Supervisor in our Distribution Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of materials handlers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
You will be working closely with the DC Supervisor to develop and implement procedures that improve productivity and reduce errors. Your leadership skills and ability to motivate and train staff will be essential in this role, as you will be responsible for mentoring new employees and providing ongoing training and coaching to existing staff.
