We are currently seeking a bright individual with a customer service background to join our team. This is a part time receptionist position. The dream fit for our team would be someone who has a customer service/receptionist background but also has experience with content creation. The applicant would also be a quick learner, multitasks effectively, and works well with others.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
• Manage and schedule appointments
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
• Check in, price, input into the PO system, and set out new inventory as it arrives
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Able to perform all opening and closing duties
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Friendly and positive attitude with a guest-oriented approach

Compensation:
$18/hr
15% commission for Eminence Organics & Jane iredale products sold per pay period
