Organized by JM is looking for part time organizers to join our busy team of Professional Organizers!

We simplify every space and create sustainable organizational systems uniquely tailored to each individual, family and lifestyle. Our goal is to simplify and transform homes, allowing our clients more time to do the things they love.
Job Description:
As an organizer your goal is to engage with clients in their homes to help them identify their organizing and productivity challenges and work with them hands-on, one-on-one, and in a group training setting to help them establish customized organized systems, productive habits and efficient processes using our methodologies.
We manage a variety of services from general decluttering and organizing to assisting with downsizing, moves, and life transitions. We create efficient spaces and prepare homes for sale; helping clients achieve functional, organized environments that fit their lifestyles.We work with busy families and individuals who want to better manage their homes so that they achieve better results and have more time for what matters most to them.

- Must be open-minded and non-judgmental toward clients with organization challenges.
- You must be able to work with a wide variety of people and personalities.
- Great interpersonal skills - must communicate effectively, listen to clients’ needs and requests.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Must be upbeat, outgoing and always has a positive attitude.
- Is compassionate and patient
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated – able to work both in team settings and occasionally independently.
- Must be able to stay focused, motivated and prioritize.
Additional Requirements
- Project locations vary. Most projects will be located throughout WNY. Must have a vehicle.
- Must have access to a computer or smart-phone to check the employee schedule, time off requests and training/meeting materials.
Physical Demands
Can lift up to 25lbs, climb stairs, use a step stool or small ladder and stand, crouch or kneel for up to 8 hours a day. Organizing requires mental and physical stamina.
Work Environment
Many organizing jobs will be performed in a professional team environment with normal noise levels and various distractions. You will always work in a group setting with other team members though you will also, at times, organize one-on-one with the client. Working in many different homes requires the ability to tolerate typical household odors that derive from pets, dust, smoke or fragrances. We do not work in excessively dirty or unsafe situations.

Schedule:
10-20 hours per week with room to grow within the company
Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-4:30pm
