Job Description:
Are you a driven marketing professional with a passion for customer success and engagement? We are growing and need a Marketing & Sales Development Strategist to drive E-commerce growth through lead generation and customer relationships. In this role, you will implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives while ensuring our customers achieve their goals and continuously improve our products based on their feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns that showcase our products and programs.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
- Nurture leads with consistent communication, providing helpful information and addressing inquiries.
- Adjust marketing tactics, assisting in the creation of presentation materials based on feedback and performance data, to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
Sales Support & Conversion:
- Present software as well as products with confidence, highlighting the value they bring to customers.
- Act as a key point of contact for partners, confidently guiding them toward the best purchase decisions
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company’s long-term success.
- Actively participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and build new connections.
About You:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, and/or customer experience roles.
- Experience working with sales and marketing teams.
- Preferred experience in SaaS/technology sales and Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong interest in customer experience and brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven record of successful accomplishments in a sales or marketing role, preferably in inside sales.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
