The Role
Doing Business Operations at Origami Agents, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-impact data solutions for our customers while shaping our product's future direction. This is a highly strategic role that involves managing multiple client deliverables simultaneously, maintaining meticulous organization systems, and building scalable processes for our rapidly growing business. Responsibilities
- Manage Multiple Client Deliverables : Execute and oversee numerous concurrent data enrichment projects for enterprise customers, maintaining careful organization and timely delivery while ensuring exceptional quality standards.
- Shape Product Development : Collaborate directly with engineering teams to convey customer needs, contribute to product specifications, and influence our roadmap.
- Process Optimization : Create and maintain organizational systems to track projects, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple clients and priorities.
- Client Portfolio Management : Skillfully balance and prioritize multiple client needs simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
- Team Leadership : Help build and scale our operations function, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we expand.
