Join our growing team! Origami is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant, 40 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to implement tailored occupational therapy care plans, precisely aligned with assessments and physician prescriptions. This position is a dynamic role that will provide treatment at our Lansing-based campuses, including Origami Main in Mason, Origami Greenlawn in South Lansing, and Origami West in West Lansing. The individual in this role must be flexible and adaptable, as the work location will vary based on organizational needs.

Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to palpate, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop kneel or crawl. Accommodated alternatives are acceptable if they accomplish the necessary essential tasks. The employee may occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is frequently required to assist in transfers, gait, and mobility training.
