Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective customer service to patients. The position requires excellent telephone communication skills, and a high level of skill in entering data into the computer while talking with patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Coordinating schedules for our clients and caregivers, ensuring that all appointments and visits are arranged efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure all scheduling needs are met.
- Must be able to make a large amount of calls per day.
- Answering phones to respond to all inquiries made by patients.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Data Entry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in call center enviroment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with computer software, including scheduling and database programs
