Primary Role for Customer Experience Representative:
As a Customer Experience Representative in our Farmington, Maine facility your primary role will be to support our growing brands and enthusiastic customer base by delivering our customers an excellent experience! You will receive inbound phone and computer-based inquiries from our customers and assist them in their selections and offer recommendations.
Duties and Responsibilities for a Customer Experience Representative:
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Attending to customer questions, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner and facilitating satisfactory resolution
Receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy of orders from customers
Accessing the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide it to customers
Organizing workflow to meet customer deadlines
Primary Role as a Retail Associate:
A Retail Sales Associate is responsible for handling various sales activities in a retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service. The Retail Sales Associate works in brick-and-mortar store that sell products and merchandise directly to customers. They are responsible for ensuring customers have a positive and productive experience while in the store, by helping when needed and keeping the store looking clean, orderly and well-stocked.
Duties and Responsibilities as a Retail Associate:
Greeting customers when they walk through the door
Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
Ringing up sales
Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program
Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times
Qualifications:
Proficient computer skills. Must be comfortable working with a fully digital environment.
Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and, in particular, the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documents
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Must be action oriented with the ability to think critically.
Must be team oriented.

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday to Saturday
Saturday would be working in our retail store as a retail associate, with possibility of weekday coverage. Some Holidays including Black Friday and Christmas Eve
Experience:
Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
