We are seeking a Systems Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud-based IT environment, including Egnyte, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud infrastructure, security, endpoint management, and automation to enhance the company's IT operations.

Position Description
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to manage and optimize our cloud-based IT environment, including Egnyte, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud infrastructure, security, endpoint management, and automation to enhance the company's IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and security policies within Microsoft 365.
- Egnyte Administration: Oversee Egnyte file storage, user access management, permissions, and integrations with M365 and other enterprise applications.
- Intune & Endpoint Management: Deploy, configure, and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune. Implement compliance policies, security baselines, and automation.
- Azure Infrastructure: Support Azure AD, Virtual Machines, Networking, Security Groups, and Conditional Access Policies.
- Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for identity management, MFA, security hardening, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, etc.).
- Automation & Scripting: Use PowerShell, Graph API, and other automation tools to streamline administration and improve efficiency.
- User Support & Training: Act as a technical SME for M365, Egnyte, and Intune-related issues, providing guidance and training to end-users.
- IT Infrastructure Projects: Collaborate on cloud migrations, security improvements, and system optimizations.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration or engineering.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Intune for endpoint management.
- Hands-on experience with Egnyte file collaboration and security.
- Proficiency in Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- PowerShell scripting experience for automation and administration.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience with networking fundamentals (VPN, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls) is a plus.
- Industry certifications (Microsoft, Egnyte, or Azure) are a plus.
- Experience supporting renewable energy, construction, or similar industries.
- Experience with MDM solutions, Zero Trust frameworks, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
