Location : Energy Corridor
Schedule : Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday (Onsite)
- Core Hours : 9 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
- 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
- Candidates must be able to report to either location as needed

Virtual interview (first round)Onsite interview (second round)Responsibilities : The General Assistant will perform advanced administrative duties while working independently and resolving issues without direct supervision. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Performs complex administrative support duties with minimal supervisionResearches and compiles information for reports and trend analysisRoutes or responds to routine correspondenceAssists in department budgeting, business planning, and logistics coordinationRegularly interacts with customers, partners, suppliers, and employeesCoordinates logistics / travel arrangements and resolves related issuesAssists in recruiting processes and training of junior administrative staffServes as a key resource for department operations and processesCreates and manages spreadsheets, databases, and reportsSuggests process improvements for increased efficiency and communicationPrepares complex presentation materials and maintains organized filing systemsManages scheduling for meetings, conferences, and special eventsHandles confidential and sensitive information with discretionRequirements :
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 5 years of administrative experienceStrong knowledge of organizational policies and proceduresAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to quickly learn and utilize department-specific softwareStrong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skillsExperience handling confidential or sensitive informationOur role in supporting diversity and inclusion
