This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while conducting environmental surveys and assessments in the field. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate with field teams and subcontractors, and ensure high-quality results in both management and field technician duties.

  • Perform on-site oversight of remediation activities and ensure contractor compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain accurate field notes, chain-of-custody documentation, and other required records.

Additional Duties:

  • Monitor project performance and resolve any issues or delays.
  • Conduct quality control reviews of work conducted by field staff and subcontractors.
  • Travel periodically for site visits or out-of-area projects.
  • Mentor field staff and ensure proper training on equipment and sampling procedures.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying client needs and proposing additional services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industrial hygiene standards.
  • Proficiency in conducting fieldwork, including sampling and equipment operation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software is a plus.
