We are seeking a Junior IT Network Engineer (Smart H&F) to provide hands-on support for all network-related functions at our customer’s manufacturing plant. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and performance. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team to address networking issues, manage hardware installations, and execute configuration tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site support for network infrastructure at the manufacturing facility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Assist with fiber path planning, cabling, and rack mounting hardware.
- Perform IOS upgrades and configuration loads as needed.
- Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to manage and resolve incidents efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain and optimize network performance.
- CISCO CCT certification is required with at least 1 year of networking experience .
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system .
- Experience working with Cisco Command Line Interface (CLI) preferred .
- CISCO CCNA certification (preferred but not required).
- Experience with fiber path planning & cabling .
- Ability to rack mount hardware and handle network equipment installations.
- Knowledge of IOS upgrades and configuration loads .

Shift : MON-FRI 1 pm - 10 pm 40 hours per week
