The technician will also be responsible for answering support calls, creating tickets, and performing first-level troubleshooting, including in-person support within the manufacturing production environment.

Pay: $28.00 per hour
Shift: Sunday night - 7:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Monday night through Thursday night - 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Friday night - 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and support end-user devices (PCs, laptops, peripherals).
- Provide desk-side support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Answer IT support calls, log incidents in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems, and perform initial troubleshooting.
- Walk through the manufacturing production environment to diagnose and resolve IT issues in person.
- Assist with office moves, device setups, and minimal data migrations.
- Document all work performed in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate within a team to ensure efficient IT operations during the 3rd shift.
- Previous IT experience is preferred, especially in a manufacturing IT environment.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory and enterprise IT systems.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT ticketing systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working on-site in a manufacturing setting.
- Must be able to work the 3rd shift schedule.
