- This is a full-time onsite 1099 contract role payable at $32.00 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Management & IMAC Support Specialist to join our team in the financial sector. The role involves managing inventory, supporting IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, and ensuring seamless IT asset operations. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a team to deliver efficient and organized support services.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets.
Execute IMAC activities, ensuring efficient installation, movement, addition, and changes of IT equipment.
Support IT asset tracking, procurement, and disposal processes.
Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory and deployment workflows.
Provide hands-on support for hardware deployment and relocation projects.
Ensure compliance with financial sector regulations and internal IT policies.
Required Skills & Experience :
Proven experience in inventory management and IMAC support .
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to follow structured processes and document inventory updates accurately.
Basic understanding of IT asset management and hardware deployment.
Experience working in a team-based environment.
Nice to Have :
Customer service skills – ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Experience with IMAC / project move support – handling asset relocations within corporate settings.
Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus.
Work Environment :
