We are seeking a customer-focused IT Tech Bar Specialist to serve as the face of our IT Department, providing first-line technical support in an office environment. This role will be responsible for assisting users with IT issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring a high level of service resolution at the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide in-person IT support at the Tech Bar / IT Point of Service, assisting employees with technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems in an Office IT environment.
- Utilize a ticketing system to track, document, and manage IT support requests.
- Assist with user account management, including Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Support mobile device management (MDM) processes, with experience in Microsoft Intune being a plus.
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Offer guidance and training to employees on IT best practices and self-service solutions.
- Maintain IT equipment and ensure proper configuration for end-users.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive and friendly approach.
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow for IT support ticket management.
- Knowledge of Verizon account management for mobile devices.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
