IT Deskside Support/ AV Tech - Chesterfield, MO

**This is a full-time 1099 contractor role payable at $28 per hour**

We are seeking a skilled IT Deskside/AV Support Technician with experience working with Microsoft Teams and other conference room equipment. This role will focus on conference room support, A/V troubleshooting, basic software and computer troubleshooting, and device imaging. Strong customer service skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide A/V support for Microsoft Teams Rooms and other conference room equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve audio/video connectivity issues in conference rooms.
• Perform basic software and computer troubleshooting for end-users.
• Assist with device imaging and configuration as needed.
• Ensure conference room equipment is properly set up and functioning before meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting users with A/V-related issues.

Required Skills Experience:

• Experience working with Microsoft Teams Rooms and A/V conference equipment.
• Strong understanding of basic IT troubleshooting (software, hardware, and network connectivity).
• Ability to image and configure devices as required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience providing A/V and IT support in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with various conferencing solutions beyond Microsoft Teams.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Additional Details:

• Work Environment: This position requires onsite presence to support conference room operations and A/V troubleshooting.
• Accreditations: No formal certifications required, but relevant IT or A/V certifications are a plus.
