This is a full-time contractor role payable at $25 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT End User Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, setup, configuration, and upgrading of end-user devices . Additionally, this role includes assisting with office moves, setups, and minimal data migrations .
Key Responsibilities :
Install, configure, repair, and upgrade end-user devices to ensure optimal functionality.
Assist with office moves and setups , ensuring seamless workstation transitions.
Perform basic data migrations as needed to support business operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Ensure all work is documented in compliance with company standards.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet business and customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience in IT desktop support or end-user device management .
Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and other end-user devices .
Familiarity with device upgrades and migrations .
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
