TEMP -IT End User Support Technician - Khei, HI

**This is a Temp full-time contractor role payable at $30 per hour**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ITEnd User Device Technician to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, setup, configuration, and upgrade of end-user devices. Additionally, this role involves supporting office moves, setting up workstations, and assisting with minimal data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and configure end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform system upgrades and ensure all devices are running efficiently.
• Support office moves by setting up and configuring workstations and IT equipment.
• Assist with minimal data migration tasks, ensuring smooth transitions for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain documentation of installations, repairs, and configurations.
• Provide end-user support and guidance on best practices for device usage.

Qualifications Skills:

• Experience with end-user device installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and peripheral device configurations.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed for office setups and relocations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CompTIA A or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise IT environments and ticketing systems.

Pay: $30 per hour

Shift: Mon-Fri
