We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT End User Device Technician to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, setup, configuration, and upgrade of end-user devices. Additionally, this role involves supporting office moves, setting up workstations, and assisting with minimal data migration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, repair, and configure end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform system upgrades and ensure all devices are running efficiently.
- Support office moves by setting up and configuring workstations and IT equipment.
- Assist with minimal data migration tasks, ensuring smooth transitions for end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain documentation of installations, repairs, and configurations.
- Provide end-user support and guidance on best practices for device usage.
- Experience with end-user device installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and peripheral device configurations.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed for office setups and relocations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- CompTIA A or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise IT environments and ticketing systems.
