Attorney - Commercial Litigation/Bankruptcy

Note: This position requires employees to split time and work on-site at both the Palm Beach Gardens and Boca Raton offices.

Job Description

• Represent clients in commercial litigation and business bankruptcy cases.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including pleadings, motions, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Handle disputes related to business bankruptcies and creditors’ rights litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic counsel to clients.
• Advocate for clients in state and federal courts, including trial preparation and courtroom appearances.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in coporate litigation. Business bankruptcy experience is a plus but can be learned on the job.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle cases independently and manage all aspects of litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Excellent judgment, leadership, and communication skills.
• Confidence and ability to represent clients in trial proceedings.
