Job Description:
- Lead a team of 5 supervisors overseeing a maintenance department of 100 employees.
- Manage and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure operational excellence.
- Play a critical role in capital projects, process improvements, and facility expansion.
- Oversee maintenance strategies for large rotating equipment, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
- Drive change initiatives to enhance safety, equipment performance, and overall plant reliability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term infrastructure planning and improvements.
- Work on-site in Rock Springs, WY, with minimal travel required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical).
- 7 years of maintenance or reliability experience in chemical manufacturing, petrochemical, oil & gas, or a closely related industry.
- 4 years of leadership experience with a track record of driving change and process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
- Hands-on experience with large rotating equipment in an industrial setting.
