Job Description
- Provide legal counsel to cooperative and condominium boards on :
- Corporate governance
- Elections, special meetings, and annual meetings
- Vendor contracts, apartment renovations, and by-law amendments
- Litigate cases in Civil and Supreme Courts, including :
- Mortgage foreclosures
- Condominium liens for unpaid common charges
- Landlord-tenant court summary proceedings
- Represent cooperative and condominium boards in enforcing rights and remedies.
