The Driver Qualifications and Claims Manager will oversee DQ recordkeeping and vehicle insurance claims management for our client and their affiliated entities. This manager will work on-site as part of a larger safety team based in San Antonio.

Driver Qualification Records:
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA and state regulations.
- Ensure Federal and State compliance through strict processes and procedures.
- Audit and oversee internal systems and programs.
- Conduct timely audits of DQF and Equipment files.
- Motivate and guide administrative staff to follow company procedures.
- Lead communication with personnel in all entities serve.
- Resolve process conflicts and escalate unresolved issues to the Director of Compliance and Safety.
- Collaborate with ICs, company employees, and TPAs on accidents and incidents per company policy.
- File claims following company procedures.
- Coordinate with company Accounting for timely payments and track reimbursements.
- Report monthly loss runs, open claims, and accident trends to the Director of Compliance and Safety.
- Manage Data Q No-Fault DOT reportable accidents and maintain the Federal Accident Registry.
- Immediately report high-priority incidents to the Director of Compliance and Safety.
- Lead the accident review committee per policy.
- Adherence to processes and procedures to minimize company loss.
- Effective accident and incident data collection and claim filing.
- Strong communication with the Director of Compliance and Safety.
- Knowledge of FMCSA and state regulations.
- Leadership and team motivation skills.
- Competence in auditing and overseeing internal systems and programs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and implement solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in driver qualifications recordkeeping and claims management.
- Experience in transportation or logistics industry preferred.
- Experience with multi-state employers preferred.
