We are looking for an accomplished and driven Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and accelerate growth across our Truck Brokerage, International, and Intermodal divisions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within the logistics industry, with a focus on truck brokerage and intermodal services. Key responsibilities include fostering the development of sales teams, guiding new employees, and driving them to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in industry trends and maintain a strong network in the logistics community. - Directly report to the President/CEO, driving strategic sales plans to expand customer base and enhance profitability through new business development.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align business development priorities with the company's vision and strategy.

- Lead recruitment initiatives to support the company’s growth objectives.
- Identify, assess, and onboard high-caliber sales talent.
- Develop and implement a robust training program to ensure sales teams have a deep understanding of company services and transportation solutions.

- Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top sales talent, with a dedication to creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Comprehensive knowledge of truck brokerage, intermodal transportation operations, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams toward achieving outstanding results.
