Compensation : $95,000 base salary plus a 25-30% annual bonus based on performance

- Develop and maintain multiple contacts at major accounts within the assigned territory.
- Secure new customer bearing specifications, positioning company as the preferred supplier.
- Drive development projects that result in profitable growth and new opportunities.
- Analyze business drivers and accurately forecast order levels.
- Consistently meet or exceed target business plans.
- Communicate effectively internally and externally, using in-person meetings and video collaboration tools.
