Location : Adelanto, CA; Delta, UT; Linden, NJ; Pottstown, PA
Shift : Dayshift
Compensation : $120K - $150K with per diem.

Travel : Up to 100% travel. Willing to give flexible options on travel for work-life balance. Up to 100% travel. Phoenix is willing to give flexible options on travel for work-life balance. You will have options to live away from these projects and travel to the project sites in local lodging while running the projects and then traveling to your desired location.
Position Description :
The Construction Manager provides on-site oversight, coordination, management, and technical expertise for all aspects of the project construction and interfaces on a daily basis with discipline supervisors and the site safety advisor to ensure project specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule within budget.
Works with discipline supervisors and project manager to assure crews and subcontractors are working efficiently to meet contracting requirements, budgets, forecasts, and schedules.
Integrates safety into project plans, reinforces safety policies, supports safety trainings, and corrects unsafe conditions.
Supervises total construction effort to ensure productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials & equipment and contractual performance goals are being met.
Review subcontractor work packages.
Assists discipline supervisors with project scope development, questions, and problem resolutions.
Systematically and regularly appraises and evaluates progress against goals, timelines, and objectives.
Conducts daily site coordination meetings with all subcontractors.
Ensures project environmental, regulatory and safety requirements are adhered to during construction activities.
Assists start-up team during the start-up, commissioning and testing of the facility.
Requirements :
Experience in the armed forces in the electrical and mechanical field is highly preferred.
Technical background in the installation and operation of high voltage electrical facilities is preferred.
The ability to learn all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), craft agreements, jurisdiction, engineering, cost control, schedule, and safety.
Strong and effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Function effectively within a team unit.
Computer proficient with ability to adapt to new innovations and processes.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
