Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Pipe Foreperson to oversee the activities of workers involved in the construction of highways, pipelines, and other infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all work is carried out according to OSHA and H&K safety policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints and job-related documents to plan work effectively.
- Record daily events in the job diary and schedule materials, equipment, and work for the crew.
- Develop crew SIPs and submit them to the site foreperson, track daily quantities, and conduct daily huddles with the crew to establish production goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customer representatives, and inspectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or one year of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read blueprints and job-related documents, strong verbal and written communication skills, mathematical skills, and demonstrated leadership ability.
- Problem-solving skills, basic computer skills, driver's license, and ability to meet physical requirements.
