Position Details :
- Title : On-site Field Service Engineer
- Location : Boise, ID
- Travel / Schedule : You generally will work on-site at the customer facility during normal day-shift hours (Mon-Fri), but occasionally (up to 25% of the time) may be asked to travel to other sites in the area to perform similar work.
- Compensation : Target base rate $35 / hr - $36 / hr
o Bonuses / Additional Compensation : Overtime is paid at 1.5X after 40 hours.
Position Description : In this role you will be responsible for the installation, service, troubleshooting and repair of complex electronic and electromechanical equipment at client facilities. You will be trained to become an independent “product expert” on selected product lines. You will be responsible for implementing detailed, complex customer installation plans for both reliability and process and qualification. You will also need to train customer personnel on advanced equipment operation, maintenance procedures and process related operations. You will provide onsite technical support for development and implementation of equipment and process applications. Some specific responsibilities include :
