Maintenance Manager Position
Location: Burlington, NJ – just outside of Philadelphia. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 3 PM, with callouts/emergencies as required.
Compensation: $85k-$100k depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a competitive package with Health, Dental, AD&D, and Disability insurance, 401K, PTO, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for all production equipment.
- Equipment Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of machines, including manufacturer, model, and serial number, installation date, specifications, maintenance history, and ongoing requirements.
- Inventory Management: Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the Maintenance Department budget, monitoring and controlling maintenance expenditures to achieve cost-effective operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with Homag or Komo woodworking machinery is advantageous.
- Proven experience in leading and supervising maintenance teams.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, proficiency in maintenance techniques, and effective communication skills.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
