Title : Sales Order Processor
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Shift : Split shift, 12 : 30p-9p, Mon-Fri - $0.75 / shift differential
Compensation : $20-$23 / hr depending on qualifications and experience! OT opportunities available!

Position Description :
Company's regional manufacturing location in Phoenix is seeking a conscientious and team-oriented Sales Order Processor to join their organization in this full-time position. Responsibilities include :
- Assign and allocate orders within database system
- Maintain and organize record and filing system(s) to facilitate access and retrieval
- Engage in data entry (entering request and orders)
- Assist with shipping and receiving of customer orders (including processing Bill of Lading and attending customer pick-up window)
- Assist with inventory and tag preparation
- Monitor and track status of sales orders
- Organize / maintain correspondence, files, and records
- Provide updates regarding order status (hot orders and back orders)
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
