Description
- Manage customer accounts, including developing and maintaining strong relationships, addressing customer concerns and issues, and managing customer expectations
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues and customer service requests for customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service, including training on equipment operation and maintenance
- Collaborate with the sales teams to identify and implement equipment upgrades and improvements as needed
- Keep and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, performance information, and equipment repair / maintenance data
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including site-specific safety trainings and requirements
- Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions to improve equipment performance
- Identify and implement product or service applications tailored to a specific customer’s needs
- Create and maintain technical documents and manuals
- Coordinate with sales engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
