We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. V-Twin experience required, candidates must live in driving distance to Harrisburg, PA.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to identify and qualify leads.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set appointments and follow up on leads.
- Present product/service offerings to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and nurture client relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2-years of Sales experience with a Powersports dealer
- 2-years of Inside Sales, Telemarketing experience or similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-starter with a focus on achieving sales targets and results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: $40,426.92 - $48,686.19 per year
