Join our Team as a Insurance Document Analyst and play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our insurance operations and leverage technology to streamline our document-related processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design and develop standardized document templates for various business processes (e.g., insurance policies, claims, contracts).
  • Ensure templates are easily adaptable to different project needs while maintaining consistency.
  • Use a low-code platform to map data from the system to document templates.
  • Complete User Acceptance Testing to ensure documents are performing as expected, maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Ensure all automated document workflows comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies.
  • Track and record all automated document modifications and revisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand document automation needs and improve processes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • High school degree or GED is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with advanced knowledge of their functions. Experience with low-code development is a plus.
  • Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Skilled at working effectively within a team-focused environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus.

While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, and reading, being able to lift light objects (<25lbs), and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist or squat down to open/close cabinets, and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.
