What are the responsibilities and job description for the CUSTODIAN - MAINTENANCE WORKER position at Orionvisual?
Opportunity with a good company as a Custodian / Maintenance Worker to keep facility clean and operational. The ideal candidate must be handy with small repairs and must be willing to keep the facility clean and presentable for the many visitors.
Job Summary
- Conducts a daily Inspection for workplace safety
- Removes trash or visible debris, clean areas
- Must be able to schedule vendors and ensure they are licensed and bonded when onsite work is required
- Experienced and knowledgeable with minor Electrical and Plumbing repairs, as well as water heaters
- Basic and Knowledge with all repairs
- Excellent Customer Service
Must be able to speak some English.
Job Type : Full-time, part time possible for highly qualified candidate
Education : High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Location : Miami / North Miami, FL
Language : English / Spanish (fluent in both preferred)
