Office Manager – QuickBooks Expert
Location: Orlando Kart Center, Orlando, FL
Orlando Kart Center is an outdoor go-kart track that thrives on excitement, speed, and a fun, family-owned atmosphere. We are looking for a highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented Office Manager to handle all the administrative and financial tasks needed to keep our business running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage QuickBooks Desktop for daily data entry, reconciliations, and reporting
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Reconcile bank accounts daily
- Handle cash management, including counting and verifying daily sales
- Ensure all employee records are up to date
- Oversee bill payments and expense tracking
- Maintain office organization and workflow efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
10 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks and office administration
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and stay organized in a dynamic environment
A great attitude and ability to work in a fun, fast-paced setting
