Job Description

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide excellent guest service in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum lifting of 30lbs.
Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching.
Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
Prolonged periods of standing and / or walking.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Practice the Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times

Check guests in and out, finish daily checklist and log guest mail and faxes.

Assist in blocking of reservations and any cancellations.

Inform guests about hotel services, directions, room rates and amenities.

Operate and / or explain TDD operation for guests.

Each associate is expected to complete, within their ability, all reasonable requests by management.
