Overall Responsibilities
As a Room Service Server you are responsible for preparing orders, set trays and delivering items to guests in rooms in an attentive and efficient manner; ensuring to provide excellent quality service as per the hotel SOP.

Job Requirements
- On time and at work when scheduled and in proper uniform
- Minimum lifting of 50lbs.
- Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
- Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching
- Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
- Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and associates
- Practice Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times
- Receive orders and deliver to rooms
- Operate POS equipment
- Complete all side work including retrieving trays
- Each associate is expected to complete, within their ability, all reasonable requests by management
- Serve meals to guests, collect guests trays and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Present checks to guests and obtain payment
- Return payment; signed checks to the order taker
- Serve alcohol/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Perform order taker duties; answer room service telephones as needed
- Set-up room service trays and carts to prepare for incoming orders
Salary : $13 - $14
