We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial records and box office transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily box office transactions and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of financial data, including revenue, expenses, and deposits.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure all financial records comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to management promptly.
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in Quickbooks Online is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with bookkeeping or financial recordkeeping preferred.
