Orlando Treatment Solutions, LLC, a behavioral health outpatient program, is looking for Behavioral Health Technicians to join our growing team.
As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide behavioral support and related needs for our PHP and IOP clinical services. We serve adults with mental health and substance use needs.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their family members
- Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use related disorders
- Willingness to learn new skills in the behavioral health field
- Experience working with adults with dual-diagnosis needs is a plus but not required, we’ll train the right candidate!
- Must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 years old, and be able to pass a driving test if needed
Duties:
- Be a part of the OTS Treatment Team which includes therapists, medical providers, case managers
- Work directly with clients and help with their daily needs while they are in PHP and IOP
- Transport clients to and from clinical services daily
- Maintain daily charts and records according to company standards
- Complete all job duties in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local standards. Report any issues concerns to supervisor whenever appropriate.
