Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of low supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques, retail math, and cash register operations is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a busy restaurant setting are essential.
