Lead Personalizer

💰 Pay: Based on experience & skills

🕒 Job Type: Part-Time Year-Round | Full-Time Mid-October – Mid-January

We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to be our Lead Personalizer during the holiday season and a versatile team member year-round.

This role is perfect for someone who wants flexible, school-day hours, such as a parent looking to re-enter the workforce or earn extra income while their kids are in school.

🖊 Lead Personalizer (Core Role)

• Master hand-personalizing techniques for various ornaments (ceramic, glass, etc.), using the correct tools (pens, markers, etc.).
• Write small, neat, and legible print on non-flat surfaces with speed and accuracy.
• Act as the trainer, supervisor, quality control lead, and troubleshooter for seasonal personalizers.
• Operate UV printers for printed ornaments and an embroidery machine for stockings.

📦 Warehouse & Fulfillment Support (Off-Season)

• Assist with picking, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Work with WMS & Shopify to manage orders and inventory.

📞 Customer Service (Optional)

• Assist with customer inquiries via email or phone.

🎨 Additional Business Contribution (Based on Your Skills!)

• Graphic Design: Create marketing materials and website visuals.
• HR & Recruiting: Help hire and train seasonal employees.
• Warehouse Management: Organize workflow and optimize packing/personalization stations.
• Bookkeeping: Assist with financial records.

✅ Exceptional print handwriting – This is the #1 priority.

✅ Strong attention to detail & quality control – Accuracy is a must.

✅ Trustworthy & reliable – You will often work independently in the off-season.

✅ Ability to train & supervise others – You will lead seasonal staff from mid-October to mid-January.

✅ Flexibility – Ideal for someone who wants part-time hours year-round with full-time hours during the holiday season.

✅ A secondary skill that adds value – Customer service, graphic design, HR, warehouse management, or bookkeeping preferred.

• Part-time year-round (flexible school-day hours available)
• Full-time during the holiday season (Mid-Oct – Mid-Jan)
• Monday – Friday shifts available
• Position starts in June 2025
