Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge of loan products, services, and industry regulations to effectively advise customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and retention
- Conduct mortgage servicing activities including loan origination in compliance with TILA regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial sales or financial services, preferably as a Loan Officer or similar role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
- Knowledge of loan processing procedures and best practices in the banking sector
- Familiarity with mortgage servicing, loan origination processes, and TILA regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working in a bank setting is advantageous
