What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corrugator Production Supervisor (Converting Plant) - EXPERIENCED position at Orora?
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily operations on the converting floor, including machinery such as Flexo Folder Gluers and Die Cutters.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to production teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
- Work collaboratively in a unionized environment, maintaining productive relationships with hourly team members and Union Representatives.
- Monitor production schedules, manage priorities, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Coach and support employee performance and development while maintaining adherence to company and CBA policies.
- Partner with Maintenance, Scheduling, Shipping, and Quality departments to ensure workflow optimization.
- Track and report key metrics including productivity, downtime, and training needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,700.00 - $110,700.00 per year
