Purpose of the Position:
Oversee and perform mold change overs and material handling needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently change injection molds in accordance with the production schedule
- Safely operate overhead crane and Hilo on a daily basis
- Complete setups to prepare for job startup for production (work instructions, packing, material, etc.)
- Conduct daily audits of all lines to ensure quality of production
- Change EOAT tooling with every change over
- Record finished production and move into the designated quality check area
- Assist team leads with break relief as needed
- Maintain a clean working environment by cleaning and organizing lines
- Follow all Orotex policies and safety rules
- Other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications
- Detailed oriented, organized, motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to understand spoken and written English
- Ability to work overtime and needed
- Minimum 2 years knowledge of injection molding tools, parts, and changeovers
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of injection molding machines, overhead crane, and Hilo
- High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, walk for 8 plus hours daily
- Ability to use both hand, wrists, and arms with continual motion
- Ability to push, pull, grasp, and reach objects
- Ability to lift 50 plus pounds repeatedly

Temperature controlled facility
Personal Protective Equipment Required
Safety glasses at all times, safety gloves, Steel-toe, non-slip boots or shoes, ear plugs as necessary
