Springfield / Eugene Treatment Center is currently seeking a Case Manager to join an expanding team. This rewarding career opportunity offers a chance to impact the lives of our clients and their families.

Springfield Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program / substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine / suboxone, detoxification, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting.

Our treatment center hours are : 5 : 00 a.m- 1 : 00 p.m. M-F and 6 : 00 - 11 : 00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

What does your day look like?

You will be assessing treatment plans, developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress
Facilitate interdisciplanary approaches and coordinating care with primary counselor.
Collaborate with healthcare sectors and community services to assist clients to reach their goals.
Prepare all necessary documentation such as logging events and preparing progress notes,entering billing records in a timely manner.
You will be assisting opioid addicted clients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
Helping the clients prepare and adjust to a drug free existence, and to offer assistance (emotional and physical) in problematic issues.

Qualifications and Skills

Must havve sufficient knowledge of the substance abuse population, treatment planning and the field of human social services.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrate basic computer / word processing skills.

Current driver's license.

Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.

We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.

Proof of fully-vaccinated status required or possession of exemption to comply with Oregon mandate.
