This position supports the Education Department, assisting the Special Education and Truancy attorneys by maintaining confidential client files, records, and calendars; drafting petitions, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents; organizing and reviewing exhibits and court filings for district, state, or federal courts; and conducting legal research as necessary, among other duties. This is a perfect role for an established paralegal who would like to learn a rewarding but specialized area of practice that also supports the community!
