Quality Assurance Inspector I - Clean Room

As a QA Inspector I - Clean Room, you will be responsible to inspect incoming and internally processed material. We are looking for a self-starter to work in a Clean Room environment, with full PPE (Jumpsuit and glasses) and tasks in packaging. This full-time onsite position is available to start immediately and is a great opportunity in the exciting medical device industry.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: 2nd Shift, (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
Primary Responsibilities
- Document and inspect incoming and internal material
- Report material non-conformances using documented Material Rejection Reports
- Computer data entry
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Calibrate, document, and maintain instruments
- Comply with all Company safety and health policies.
Training and Experience
- Certified Quality Inspector Course preferred
- 1 - 3 years in Quality Control environment
- Standard and advanced mechanical inspection equipment
- Programming and operating manual and automated coordinate measuring machines
- Must know all of the common GD&T symbols are on prints, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Self-starter with moderate direct supervision
- Able to work in a clean room environment
- Read, write and understand English
- Team player
